Mannik S. Dhillon, CFA, CAIA serves as the president of investment franchises & solutions for Victory Capital. In his investment franchises role, he serves as a strategic resource for Victory Capital’s independent investment franchises, focusing on best practices, risk management and alignment of investment management with client needs. Mr. Dhillon also leads our VictoryShares and Solutions business, overseeing the firm’s multi-asset, multi-manager, active quantitative and exchange-traded fund platform. Additionally, Mr. Dhillon leads the firm’s product development, management and strategy efforts, collaborating with Victory Capital’s investment franchises and Solutions platform on product enhancements, extensions and innovations designed to best meet the needs of clients. Mr. Dhillon is also responsible for the evaluation of capabilities of potential new investment franchises as part of the firm’s acquisition strategy.
