To access your account forms, please sign in to mysecure.vcm.com. Once signed in, navigate to Tools & Resources > Forms to access a full library of forms including but not limited to:
- Account applications
- Transfers, rollovers and funding
- Distributions and withdrawals
- Account updates and changes
