The IRS has extended the deadline for filing 2020 individual income taxes to May 17, 2021. For residents located in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, the deadline for filing, payments and IRA contributions has been extended to June 15, 2021. Log in to https://mysecure.vcm.com/documentcenter. Select the year and from the Document Category drop-down menu box, select “Tax Documents.” This applies only if you have elected e-delivery.

From the login page, click on “Forgot User ID?”. In the box that says “USAA Member ID,” enter your USAA number. Note: Your USAA number is different than your USAA Online ID. Follow the instructions provided to retrieve your Victory Capital User ID.
