David Partida, CFA, works as a senior investment analyst with the VictoryShares and Solutions team where he provides support for data analytics, manager research and product management.

Before joining Victory Capital, Mr. Partida spent nine years of his career at USAA, where he served as an Investment Representative. In this capacity, he played a vital role in assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives.

Mr. Partida holds a BBA in finance from Texas Tech University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Antonio.
