Lela Dunlap is a Portfolio Manager for the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In this role, she is primarily responsible for researching asset allocation strategies in the Cornerstone and Target Retirement portfolios.

Ms. Dunlap joined USAA in January 2006 as an Investment Advisor. In 2017 Ms. Dunlap joined the Global Multi-Assets portfolio management team as a research analyst. Prior to joining the Global Multi-Assets team, Ms. Dunlap worked in the Corporate Finance Department as a Financial Analyst from 2010 to 2016. 

Ms. Dunlap earned an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas, and a B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Ms. Dunlap holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Antonio.
