Stephanie Garza is a portfolio manager and senior fixed income research analyst at Victory Income Investors, a Victory Capital Investment Franchise. Her research coverage focuses on U.S. Financials, with prior coverage spanning the Energy and Retail sectors.

Ms. Garza began her career in 2013 as a life actuary at USAA Life Insurance Company before transitioning to the fixed income team at USAA Investments, which was later acquired by Victory Capital in July 2019 and rebranded as Victory Income Investors.

Ms. Garza holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.S. from Columbia University. She is a CFA® charterholder, an Associate Actuary of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
