Douglas J. Rollwitz is a portfolio manager and senior fixed income research analyst of Victory Income Investors, which was formerly known as USAA Investments, a Victory Capital Investment Franchise, and was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2019. Mr. Rollwitz joined USAA in 1997 as an analyst at the Federal Savings Bank supporting the mortgage lending platform. He joined the USAA fixed income team as an analyst in 2000. Mr. Rollwitz holds a BBA in accounting from University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a CFA® charterholder and a certified public accountant.
