Alexander Chagoya is Director of ETF Marketing with the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In his role, he leads the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive growth and awareness of the VictoryShares ETF product suite. This includes collaboration with Sales and Marketing, managing partnership relationships, developing content and analyzing market trends to optimize performance.

Mr. Chagoya joined Victory Capital in 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Chagoya worked at Versant Health, where he was a senior marketing manager responsible for developing creative content and partnering with business leads to strategize and execute on corporate communications, both internal and external.

Mr. Chagoya holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Texas in San Antonio and a certification in digital design from San Antonio College.
