Mauricio De Alba is an investment analyst with the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In this role, he is responsible for implementing trades for VictoryShares and Solutions products and strategies.

Prior to joining Victory Capital, Mr. De Alba was an associate officer at AllianceBernstein where he managed complex corporate action events affecting various financial instruments and asset classes, with a focus on process improvement and risk management. Additionally, he oversaw private placement deal operations involving the maintenance, tracking and streamlining of private deals. Prior to that, Mr. De Alba worked as an investment professional at JP Morgan Securities.

Mr. De Alba holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is also a series 7 and series 63 license holder.
