She joined Victory Capital in May 2011. She has prior experience in business analytics at Booz Allen Hamilton in Dayton, Ohio.
Ms. Ashcraft earned her Bachelor of Science in finance and economics with a minor in international business from the University of Dayton. Additionally, she is a CFA® charterholder.
Ms. Ashcraft has served on the board of Girls on the Run Greater Cincinnati as a member of the investment committee.
