Isaac H. Lowenbraun is a managing director, head of portfolio strategy and derivatives, and a co-portfolio manager of the Victory Strategic Income Fund.

Prior to joining Guardian in 2008, Isaac was the Vice President of Fixed Income Risk Management at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Prior to that, he held quantitative fixed income research and risk management roles at Wilshire Associates, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup YieldBook and Salomon Smith Barney. Isaac has over 25 years of investment industry experience.

Isaac holds a B.S. in accounting from Touro College and an M.B.A. in finance from Fordham University.
