Tom Sipp, CFA, serves in the role of executive vice president for Victory Capital. In this role, he has overall responsibility for operations, technology, trading, and the direct investor business. Mr. Sipp is also responsible for enterprise risk management and supports M&A and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Victory Capital in 2025, Mr. Sipp served as executive vice president, for Envestnet with responsibility for leading all business lines and commercial activity at the company.  He has also served as chief financial officer of Sculptor Capital Management and has held senior executive positions at Credit Suisse, Fidelity and Gartmore, including global chief operating officer for Credit Suisse’s wealth and asset management division.

Mr. Sipp received a B.A. in Finance from Alfred University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.  Mr. Sipp is a board member of Healthpilot and Fiduciary Insurance Exchange.
